Some albums can completely change your opinion on both an artist and a genre We're asking Josh, Rach, Clery, Dowse, Scott, Andy, Simon and Ash Away is the fourth studio album by American singer and songwriter Carrie Underwood. It was released in the United States and Canada on May 1, 2012 by Arista Nashville. After finishing her successful Play On Tour in December 2010 to promote her third studio album Play On, Underwood started working on the album, but took her time, as she wanted to change things up, and needed to step away from the celebrity bubble to have real things to write about and to sing about. It took her over one. Blew is a song by the American rock band Nirvana, written by vocalist and guitarist, Kurt Cobain. It is the first song on the band's debut album Bleach, released in June 1989 by Sub Pop. The song was re-released by Tupelo as the title track of a four-song Nirvana EP in December 1989. Written in 1988, Blew was first performed live at the Community World Theatre in Tacoma, Washington on March 19, 1988. The song was first recorded in the studio by Jack Endino at Reciprocal Recording Studios in. Hopefully everyone will be blown away by the album. I think it's pretty special. Hopefully it's not just the title track but the feeling people will get when they listen to it. Nashville songwriters Josh Kear and Chris Tompkins penned the song. I really wanted it to be a dark, Wizard of Oz in 2012 kind of thing, Underwood told CMT. The girl in the story has been struggling with this for a very long time. She just wants a fresh start. Favorite track: My Name Is Jonas. cmscalora This is my favorite Weezer album and the guys in YBI did it justice. This band is very underrated. Favorite track: Only In Dreams. Gary Sleith The kind of project you imagine may have started as an alcohol-fuelled joke but has ended up as something heartfelt & really do justice to these tracks, and given what Weezer have become in recent years, I would rather listen to these songs than new tracks from the actual band. Play album. Don't want to see ads Upgrade Now. Death Of Dub. 6 artists that blew our minds at Noise Pop Festival 2020. By okspud1 6 Mar 2:32am. The album is unabashedly savage, fuzzy as a moldy peach, subtle as a hangover. Nevertheless, John Cales production on the album harnesses just enough studio magic to make them sound positively otherworldly, from the swollen low end, dark as a bruise, to the blown-out sonics of Ron Ashetons guitar solos. His music was similarly out-of-time, with unforgettable lyrics that blew in like a breeze from some remote isle, perfumed with odd scents-tea, oranges. Nothing about it makes any kind of sense, and you will never meet a living soul who insists all the songs on it are worth keeping, nor will you find two people who agree on which songs to cut

Reseñas del Blown - Kind Of Blew (1):
London-based three-piece Blown produce a fine mix of intelligent, thoughtful rapped lyrics set to a slow hypnotic hiphop backing. Many of the tracks are further influenced, albeit subtly, by the band's Asian roots. All three of the band's members contribute vocals, with the best tracks featuring Farhad (Fred) Amirahmadi and Houman Sadri's vocals leavened by Niki Stoker's sweeter backing. Standout tracks include "Shine On You", "Orange Coloured Day Dreams", and the more energetic "Miles and Miles (Ahead)".
